The dream of Aspire Educational Complex was conceived and birthed by Mr. and Mrs. Asare Nomafo years before its official opening in the 2017 Academic Year.

After having given their children education, Mr and Mrs Nomafo felt the need to give back to society by building a school that will provide stellar services to children and their parents than what their children had years ago in Koforidua and its environs: Thus Aspire Educational Complex. 

Five years on, there has been a massive improvement in the infrastructure of the school. It has the following facilities: An administration block, Computer laboratory, a dormitory block, a two-storey preschool block, a music laboratory and a three-story block for basic for Basic 1-6. Under construction is a multi-purpose hall and Junior High School Complex.

At its inception, the school had ACP James A. A. Abbass (Rtd.) as its Administrator. In September 2017, Mr Wilson Okyere Sackey was appointed as the first Head of School and was in office until December 2020 when he was succeeded by Mr. Joy Pesewutse Adipah in January 2021 and continues to serve in this role today.
