Clear Guidance on School Fees and Payments
At Aspire Educational Complex, we aim to make school-fee payments convenient and straightforward for parents and guardians. Our fee policy explains what school fees cover, how payments should be made and when payments are due.
The amounts payable may vary according to the learner’s class and applicable services. Please contact the school’s accounts office for the current fee schedule.
What Do School Fees Cover?
Under the school’s published fee policy, school fees cover:
- Tuition
- Facility-user fees
- The supply of teaching and learning resources for teachers and learners
Certain services are billed separately, including toiletries, food and school bus services, where applicable.
Please request a current breakdown from the accounts office so that you understand the charges relevant to your child.
When Should Fees Be Paid?
Newly Admitted Learners
Fees for newly admitted learners must be paid in full upon receipt of the admission letter.
Continuing Learners
Continuing learners must make an initial payment of at least 60% of the term’s fees.
The school’s published policy also requires outstanding fees to be settled in full before or just after the mid-term break.
Payment Arrangements
Fees may be paid in advance or when school resumes. Any alternative payment arrangement must be discussed with and documented by the Head of School.
Parents should contact the accounts office promptly if they need clarification about a payment or an outstanding balance.
Accepted Payment Channels
The school’s published payment channels include bank transfers, mobile money and payment at the accounts office.
Bank Payments
Important: Please confirm the applicable account details and payment instructions with the school before making a transfer. Use your child’s full name for all school transactions and retain your payment confirmation or receipt.
Additional Costs and School Essentials
Food, toiletries and bus services are billed separately from the core school fees, where applicable.
School uniforms must be purchased through the school’s designated School Essential. In special cases, parents may be allowed to arrange uniform sewing or alterations through the school’s tailor or seamstress at an additional cost. Uniforms made outside the school are not accepted under the published policy.
Contact the school for current uniform prices, required items and any additional costs applicable to your child.
Fee Reviews
School fees may be reviewed periodically to reflect prevailing economic conditions in Ghana. Parents should obtain the current fee schedule for the relevant academic year rather than rely on an older quotation.
